Montessori Reggio Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary, Kindergarten, and Elementary Classroom Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, classroom leadership, student development, and creating a positive, engaging learning environment. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, professional, and committed to supporting each child academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Primary, Kindergarten, and Elementary Classroom Teacher will be responsible for leading a classroom with warmth, structure, and professionalism while supporting the growth and success of each student. This role includes preparing and delivering age-appropriate lessons, maintaining a well-organized classroom environment, following daily lesson plans, communicating with parents and administration, and supporting the overall mission and standards of Montessori Reggio Academy.

• Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience with children ages 3 and up
• Experience in a Primary, Kindergarten, or Elementary classroom setting
• Montessori certification is preferred
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
• Ability to create a warm, structured, and engaging classroom environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
