This long-term contract position is with a leading company in Sugar Land, TX.
The Technical Drafter will perform the following tasks:
Responsibilities- Work under the guidance of senior staff to create engineering drawings that support communication, evaluation, and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Prepare layout and isometric drawings.
- Knowledgeable of Operations Compliance
- Follow required procedures to meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and internal codes.
- Perform data collection and analysis. Additionally, perform basic data entry.
- Respond to routine engineering or supplier inquiries and refer complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Responsible for Information Data Specifications, including ensuring consistency and clarity by turning raw data into meaningful, usable information.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Draft Sight, or Solid Works is an advantage but not required.
