Electrical BIM​/VDC Coordinator

Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. Electrical Construction BIM experience
• Hands‑on Revit Electrical modeling experience
• Experience with conduit routing, cable trays, lighting, power distribution, and panel schedules
• Experience participating in BIM coordination meetings
• 3+ years of work experience in the US construction industry
• Experience in BIM Modeling and Drafting of Electrical Power/Lighting layouts, Cable Tray/Conduit sizing, Circuiting, and Panel Schedules
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other related software
• Experience leading and contributing to BIM Coordination meetings
• US Electrical Code knowledge is required
• Effective communication skills are essential
• Willingness to travel
• Field experience and experience working on Data Centers are desired

• Delivery:
  Working with customers and India teams to deliver BIM Modeling of Electrical systems.
• Growth:
  Build revenue with existing customers by expanding project scope and introducing additional service offerings.
• Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with other disciplines and trades in BIM coordination meetings.
• Standards:
  Adhere to BEP (BIM Execution Plan), project workflows, content standards, and development procedures.
• Field Support:
  Help creation of shop drawings and work with superintendents/field personnel to understand installation means and methods.
• Quality:
  Conduct QA/QC on work products delivered by India‑based teams.
• Management:
  Attend kick‑off, coordination, and weekly review meetings.
• Client Relations:
  Visit customer offices as required and maintain high‑level verbal and written communication.
