About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to support our engineering team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflows, and timely release of engineering information.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating across departments while managing engineering data, documentation, and ERP system updates. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, multitasking, and keeping projects moving forward.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and complete engineering documentation including:
- Industry certifications
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) plans
- Inspection Test Reports (ITRs)
- Track deadlines, document revisions, and certification renewals
- Maintain organized digital and physical document control systems
- Support engineering team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Utilize ERP system to manage:
- Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Routing instructions
- Released drawings
- Engineering work order updates
- Communicate project status, schedules, and updates to internal stakeholders
- Associate degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in document control, revision management, or engineering administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., BOM management, workflow tracking)
- Exposure to Solid Works or CAD-related documentation processes
- Play a vital role in supporting engineering operations and product delivery
