Graduate Process Engineer; Consulting – Energy & Digital Transformation

We are seeking a Graduate Process Engineer to join our Consulting team, supporting leading clients across the refining, petrochemical, and energy sectors.

• Support technical consulting projects in refining and petrochemical operations
• Perform process analysis, modeling, and optimization studies
• Contribute to simulation modeling (e.g., Petro‑SIM, HYSYS)
• Assist in identifying operational improvements and cost‑saving opportunities
• Engage with clients to understand technical challenges and propose solutions
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team on both local and international projects
• Develop expertise in emerging technologies, including digital and AI‑enabled solutions

• BEng or MEng in Chemical or Process Engineering

• Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mass/energy balances
• Exposure to process simulation tools (Petro‑SIM, Aspen HYSYS preferred)
• Interest in refinery, petrochemical, or energy systems
• Awareness of digital transformation, AI, or data analytics is a plus

• Internship, co‑op, or academic project experience in refining, petrochemicals, or process design is advantageous

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in client‑facing environments
