Job Overview
The ESMP Event Supervisor is responsible for the on-site supervision, coordination, and real-time direction of student workers participating in the Enterprise Sports Media Program (ESMP) during live athletic events. This is a dual-role position requiring both technical production expertise and the ability to coach, manage, and develop high school students in a professional live-event environment. The ESMP Event Supervisor operates under the direct authority of the Enterprise Funds Department and executes all event production responsibilities in accordance with the Enterprise Funds Run of Show.
This position serves as the primary point of contact between Enterprise Funds and all on-site program operations during assigned events. Event Supervisors will receive a flat payment of $40 per assigned athletic game and district event worked.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Event Operations & Technical Production
- Serve as the on-site production lead and execute the Enterprise Funds Run of Show.
- Set up, test, operate, and oversee scoreboards, cameras, replay systems, audio equipment, media servers, and control-room equipment.
- Manage approved sponsor content and advertising during assigned events.
- Monitor event operations, resolve technical issues, and elevate requested changes or deviations to Enterprise Funds.
- Complete post-event equipment shutdown, storage, and operational reporting.
- Supervise student workers and confirm they are properly assigned, prepared, and in position before each event.
- Provide real-time instruction, coaching, feedback, and professional mentorship.
- Assign student duties appropriate to their training and experience levels.
- Address and report attendance, conduct, performance, injury, or safety concerns.
- Maintain a safe environment and ensure students do not operate equipment without authorized supervision.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact between Enterprise Funds and event stakeholders.
- Communicate equipment failures, incidents, student concerns, and operational changes promptly.
- Complete required incident and event documentation within established timelines.
- Represent Enterprise Funds professionally when interacting with Athletics staff, venue personnel, sponsors, students, and families.
- Participate in required training and provide feedback regarding student performance and program improvements.

- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Previous FBISD Audio/Video Production Practicum student preferred
- Basic computing skills, including MS office required
- Must pass FBISD fingerprinting and background clearance requirements
- Must be available for Friday evening, Saturday, and occasional weekday evening events throughout the football, volleyball, and basketball seasons
