Overview
Director of Consolidation and Financial Reporting – oversees consolidation and external reporting, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP. This role manages month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes. Additionally, the Director of Consolidation and Financial Reporting helps to maintain internal controls, drive process improvements, and handles special projects as needed.

- Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reporting including manual consolidation of the financial statements for a global company
- Oversee implementation of One Stream and provide inputs into the design and implementation of One Stream for the consolidation and reporting
- Lead, prepare and maintain all internal and external reporting packages, including bank and PE reporting, as well as bank compliance reporting
- Engage with the teams in international locations to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data input into the corporate consolidation
- Ensure accuracy of the intercompany reconciliation and elimination
- Ensure US GAAP compliance for the foreign currency accounting
- Key owner for the preparation of the year end financial statements and footnotes, ensuring timely engagement with the international teams to collect data for the consolidated footnotes, as well as thorough understanding and review of all the submitted schedules and balances
- Develop and maintain a process for the collection of global reporting package information required to prepare and complete monthly consolidated schedules (e.g., equity roll forward, PPE roll forward, investments in subs, debt roll forward, intangibles and goodwill roll forward, etc.)
- Key point of contact for the external auditors with regard to the year end report and audit
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work in office, onsite, Monday-Friday?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Active CPA
- One Stream or HFM experience is a must
- Experience working with multinational teams and working and consolidating in a multi-ERP multi-currency environment for a global company
- SEC reporting/External reporting experience is a must
- Previous experience working with NCI calculations and add-back EBITDA reporting is a must
- A strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Current on best practices, compliance, and ethical business practices
- Able to act independently, exercising independent decision-making and fulfilling responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Excellent teamwork skills, ability to deal with others in a professional manner
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Intermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Must be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our month end close and quarterly and year end reporting
