Our growing outpatient healthcare organization is seeking a Chief Finance Officer to lead financial strategy and operations across multiple clinic locations. This leadership role partners closely with physicians and executive leadership to drive performance, improve profitability, and support informed business decisions.

• Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with standard office hours
• Competitive compensation: $200,000–$250,000 per year (DOE)

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making
• Manage and optimize revenue cycle performance, including billing and collections
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Support operational workflows and optimize provider scheduling strategies
• Present financial performance and recommendations to leadership teams
• Take a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and execution

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a GI or outpatient procedural setting
• Strong background in financial management within a healthcare environment
• Experience with revenue cycle management and performance improvement
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Effective communication and leadership skills
