Cost Pricing Analyst

Are you passionate about pricing strategy, cost analysis, and driving profitability in a manufacturing environment? We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Sugar Land, TX that is looking to add a Cost Price Analyst II to its Finance team.

• Develop and analyze complex cost models
• Prepare competitive quotes and RFQs
• Perform competitor, pricing, and margin analysis
• Validate quoted vs. actual performance
• Analyze cost variances and identify improvement opportunities
• Support pricing strategy and cost reduction initiatives
• Partner with Sales, FP&A, Finance, and Operations to drive informed business decisions
• Assist with cost model enhancements and process improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of pricing or cost analysis experience
• Manufacturing costing experience
• Strong understanding of cost structures, pricing strategy, and margin analysis
• Experience with BOMs (Bill of Materials) and job setup
• Advanced Excel skills and exceptional analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
