Physical Therapist - Territory - Supplemental - Varies

Physical Therapist – New Territory – Supplemental – Varies at Oak Bend Medical Center.

• Under the supervision of the Clinic Director or Manager, the Physical Therapist provides various methods of Physical Therapy and supervision by physician orders.
• Serves as a resource person for PT Assistants and PT Aides.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

• Previous experience in Physical Therapy preferred.

• Eligible for or licensed by Texas Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
• Basic Life Support certification required through the American Heart Association or other pre-approved accredited certification program.

• Knowledge of regulations, QA and procedures, and quality patient care.
• Successful completion department-specific and/or hospital-required training courses.
• Must be able to treat patients of all ages from pediatric to geriatric.
