We are a fast-growing healthcare solutions company expanding across the Houston market. Our mission is to help medical and specialty practices deliver advanced patient care while improving practice growth and engagement.

We are seeking a highly driven Director of Growth to lead provider partnerships, practice onboarding, and revenue expansion across our clinical programs and healthcare platform.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys in-person practice engagement, territory development, and building scalable growth systems.

The Director of Growth will recruit and onboard healthcare practices, expand referral networks, support program adoption, and drive new clinic partnerships throughout the Houston region. This individual will also recruit, coach, and manage sales associates as the regional team expands.

This role combines healthcare relationship development with practice solutions and program-based services.

• Build and expand partnerships with optometry, ophthalmology, and specialty practices.
• Conduct in-person meetings with healthcare providers and practice leaders.
• Recruit and onboard providers into clinical programs and platforms.
• Develop and manage local and regional provider relationships.
• Convert conference and marketing leads into active partners.
• Track pipeline, activities, and conversions in internal portal.
• Recruit, onboard, and support performance of sales associates.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion.

• Experience selling to medical or healthcare practices.
• Healthcare, medical device, or healthcare SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Strong in-person relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting practice visits and local travel.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and growth-oriented.
• Experience building territories or referral networks a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Base salary plus significant performance incentives tied directly to practice onboarding and clinic partnerships. High performers have strong earning potential based on growth outcomes.

Sugar Land and Houston, Texas — local travel within the region required (approximately 50–70 percent of the time).

This is an in-person role.

Local business travel, mileage, and approved regional travel expenses are reimbursed.
