Always Best Care - - Responsibilities:
Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living assistance to elderly clients, including but not limited to medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.;
Monitor and track client health and well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.;
Provide companionship and emotional support, especially for dementia care needs.;
Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation as needed.;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities.
