- Facilitate a team approach toward treatment in a clinical‑based setting
- Train, supervise, and mentor behavior technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs
- Collaborate with treatment leadership to continually improve quality of care and co‑treat with speech and OT
- Implement, monitor, collect, and evaluate data
- Understand and utilize the following skill sets:
- Evaluate the efficiency of treatment
- Individualized care of patients, staff, and families
- Effective demonstration and implementation of therapy
- Demonstration of professional behavior
- Competence with crisis intervention
- Facilitating effective training and coaching with parents and staff
- Master’s in a behavior‑related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum four years of experience as a BCBA
- Experience in a clinical treatment setting preferred
