We are actively interviewing candidates for a Contract Recruiter (3-6 months).
Position OverviewOur client in Sugar Land, Texas, is eager to hire a Contract Recruiter to support full life cycle recruiting efforts in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This is a 3–6 month, on‑site contract role responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent across multiple functional areas, including manufacturing, human resources, sales, finance and accounting, and other corporate functions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working under tight timelines, and experienced in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full life cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and candidate profiles
- Conduct market research and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through research, networking, job boards, Linked In, referrals, and direct outreach
- Create candidate target lists and perform name generation activities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling and candidate outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest level
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Gather interview feedback and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Facilitate offer discussions and assist with negotiations as needed
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide regular recruiting updates and pipeline reports to stakeholders
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, HR, sales, finance & accounting, or related functions preferred
- Strong sourcing and research skills, including Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and proactive candidate outreach
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proficient with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
- On-site in Sugar Land, Texas
- Contract role (3–6 months)
