Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. (AOI) is seeking an organized HR & Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Sugar Land, Texas. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting records while supporting day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or Business, 1+ years in HR/recruiting, and strong organizational skills with excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional visits to operational areas.
