Summary
AOI is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The Corporate Recruiter will serve as a full-cycle recruiting partner across Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain & Procurement, EHS, and Facilities, supporting both individual searches and multi-headcount hiring as the company expands its U.S. operations.
This is a fast-moving, high-volume recruiting environment. This position partners directly with hiring managers and their teams to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, identify and assess candidates, manage the interview process, and close offers. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing heavy requisition loads without letting searches stall, builds trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers, keeps candidate records accurate and current, and applies a pragmatic read of the talent market to advise hiring teams on candidate profiles, hiring timelines, and hiring strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned corporate and business support positions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines and develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Screen and assess candidates based on relevant qualifications, experience, skills, motivation, and position requirements.
- Manage the interview process, maintain timely feedback, and provide hiring teams with clear candidate information and recommendations.
- Extend approved offers, support compensation discussions, and work with candidates and hiring managers to address questions and facilitate offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across corporate and business functions for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, disposition, and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Stay informed about talent trends, competitor activity, candidate availability, and market conditions to provide practical guidance to hiring teams.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers and provide a consistent, professional candidate experience.
- Support broader HR initiatives and other HR assignments as business needs require.
