Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain enterprise networking infrastructure including switches, routers, ASA firewalls, and VPNs.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco VOIP and Cisco Any Connect solutions.
• Manage and support RADIUS authentication, Everline, and SFTP connections.
• Configure and administer Azure networking services for hybrid cloud environments.
• Provide operational support by monitoring, triaging, and resolving incidents through Service Now ticketing system.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and execute vulnerability management across the network environment.
• Monitor and manage OSPF routing protocols to ensure efficient and secure network performance.
• Support data center networking operations, ensuring high availability and resilience.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge and working experience with:
• RADIUS authentication, Everline, and SFTP
• Cisco switches, routers, ASA firewalls, and VPNs
• Cisco VOIP and Cisco Any Connect
• OSPF routing protocols
• Experience handling Service Now tickets and IT service management workflows.
• Proven track record in vulnerability management execution and network security best practices.
• Knowledge of data center networking architecture and operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to work in onsite/hybrid setup.
