We're looking for an SAP IS‑U Billing Functional Analyst to join our IT team. This role will report to the Director of Information Technology. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design and implementation of the SAP landscape that supports our business. This roadmap includes expanding new functionality and architecture including SAP RISE and S/4 platforms. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a functional and resilient SAP ecosystem.

SAP IS‑U Billing Functional Analyst will be empowered to focus on meaningful work that drives results and has a significant impact on business processes.

This role will be primarily based at our Sugar Land, TX office (Houston metropolitan area). This role is hybrid 3 days in office per week.

• Support SAP Billing & Invoicing SAP functional configuration
• Work with internal customers to understand tariff and regulatory requirements to configure and support the bill design and invoice process
• Configure and test the SAP billing configuration and associated processes
• Research, design, develop, configure and test SAP software applications per specifications in SAP ECC
• Workshop with business team for requirement gathering, solution overview, identify custom development needed, prepare detailed specs for technical team.

This position will be willing and able to perform the following duties and others as assigned:

• Interact with internal customers across all lines of business to analyze business processes, define business requirements and make recommendations by considering costs, time and resources.
• Consult with programmers to evaluate interfaces between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements, and or resolve internal customer problems.
