Job Summary

The Field Operations Systems Specialist is responsible for proactively enabling field and operations teams through hands‑on training, system adoption support, and front‑line hardware troubleshooting across Field Operations Specialist. This role focuses on building user competency, resolving device and system issues in the field, and ensuring accurate, well‑maintained data across systems such as Tool Hound, Horse Trader, PEMS, and Trackunit.
