IES is hiring an IT Technician I for the IT Service Desk in Sugar Land, TX. This entry‑level role provides frontline triage, basic troubleshooting, and accurate ticket documentation, working under close supervision with escalation to Tier 2 when needed.
You will support Windows 11, Office 365, basic Active Directory tasks, and device imaging, using runbooks and knowledge articles. Associate’s degree in IT or related field; 0–1 year experience; ITIL/CompTIA A+ preferred.
