Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. (AOI) is seeking a hands-on Linux & Proxmox Systems Administrator to manage and secure our Linux server and virtualized infrastructure in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment in Sugar Land, TX.
You will handle Proxmox VE clusters, VMs, containers, storage, backups, monitoring, and automation. The ideal candidate has strong Linux fundamentals, Proxmox experience, and the ability to troubleshoot across virtualization, storage, networking, and OS layers.
