We are seeking an experienced architecture leader to help define how business strategy translates into scalable, connected, and sustainable technology solutions. This position will help shape the organization’s long-term architecture vision while ensuring that current technology decisions support immediate business priorities. You will establish standards, guide target-state planning, advise senior leaders, and partner with architecture, product, engineering, and business teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise-level thinking with enough technical depth to evaluate designs, identify risk, and guide informed tradeoffs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can simplify complex environments, connect technology decisions to business outcomes, and influence teams without relying solely on formal authority.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, domain architecture, technology strategy, solution architecture, or senior technical leadership.
• 2+ years of people leadership or matrix leadership experience, including mentoring architects or senior technical professionals.
• Demonstrated success shaping architecture across business, application, integration, and platform domains.
• Experience developing architecture roadmaps, reference architectures, target-state models, principles, standards, and governance practices.
• Ability to create and apply business-architecture artifacts such as capability maps and value streams.
• Experience supporting complex cloud or hybrid technology environments at enterprise scale.
• Working knowledge of application architecture, integration patterns, digital platforms, data ecosystems, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or a comparable cloud environment.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to explain complex technology decisions in terms of business value, risk, cost, and outcomes.
