This full‑time role offers a competitive market‑based salary range of $110,000-$140,000 per year and is ideal for attorneys with 5‑6 years of litigation experience who can manage cases independently while collaborating with partners and colleagues. The position provides hands‑on courtroom experience, direct client engagement, and the opportunity to handle complex legal matters in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
This role is perfect for a plaintiff‑side litigator in Sugar Land who thrives in case management, advocacy, and strategic legal problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage a full caseload from inception to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and other legal filings.
- Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings in Sugar Land, TX.
- Collaborate with partners and fellow attorneys on complex litigation strategies.
- Lead client communications and provide timely case updates.
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies to advocate for client interests.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- 5‑6 years of litigation experience, preferably in a plaintiff-side practice.
- Strong academic and professional credentials in litigation.
- Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish.
- Comfortable handling courtroom appearances and depositions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
