General Job Description
About the RoleWe’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in-house Legal team. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of legal matters—including contracts, litigation, and compliance—and play a key part in keeping our operations accurate and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with attorneys and cross-functional partners while gaining hands-on experience across multiple legal disciplines. WhatYou’ll Do Contracts
- Assist with reviewing and editing agreements.
- Track key dates, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
- Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, legal research, and document management.
- Organize and maintain litigation files and materials.
- Support ongoing compliance programs and policy updates.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementation needs.
- Maintain legal files, databases, and calendars.
- Serve as a resource to attorneys and the broader legal team.

- Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (required).
- Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a legal setting (internship experience counts!).
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or contract management software is a plus.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, data entry).
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
- Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, scanner).
