Key Responsibilities
  • Conversion of demand plan into a network supply plan for Family Chemistries. This includes approving and sending a production plan to manufacturing locations while optimizing network capacity.
  • Identify and resolve forecast accuracy and lead time issues with key stakeholders including Demand Planning, SBUs, and PLMs.
  • Balance production planning across the network to maintain sprint capacity, including load leveling in preparation for maintenance shutdowns, seasonal volumes, raw material allocation, etc.
  • Identify and resolve capacity constraints over the planning horizon by working with Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, and the Business Units.
  • Maintain required inventory levels for Family Chemistries at stocking locations to meet customer service levels. Implement corrective action when imbalances occur.
  • Regularly monitor and address inactive, slow moving, and excess inventory.
  • Coordinate inter‑plant scheduling constraints related to schedule break‑ins, raw materials, etc. facilitated through regular communication.
  • Lead and implement improvement plans to ensure security of supply for existing and new business.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues/constraints/process gaps and drive corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related subject.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • High level proficiency with MS Office, primarily Excel.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • APICS Certification.
  • High level of proficiency with common ERP systems, especially JDA Master Planning and SAP (Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP)).
  • A track record of successfully delivering to Key Performance Indicators and business objectives.
