• Perform detailed cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to meet customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure needs are met.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
