We are seeking a Facilities Technician to help ensure the best member experience through effective facilities and equipment maintenance. The role reports to the Director of Facilities and collaborates with the District Team and Club Management.

• Facility Management: complete daily tasks for cleanliness, safety, and functionality; follow and enforce policies for efficient facility management; inspect facilities daily and promptly address maintenance and equipment needs; follow and enforce safety protocols for members and staff; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards; complete facility improvement projects, coordinating with the Director of Facilities and external contractors.
• Equipment Maintenance: conduct and complete routine equipment maintenance to ensure proper functioning; perform regular inspections and repairs or replacements as scheduled; address member concerns related to facilities/equipment promptly; collaborate with club teams to ensure a positive member experience.

• Maintain clear communication with staff, management, and members; provide regular updates to senior management on facility operations; foster a positive working environment; help identify, establish, and manage external vendors related to facilities and equipment needs; attend and participate in meetings as necessary.

• Knowledge of company policies, emergency procedures, and safety regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Highly organized, able to multitask.
• General computer skills (Email, Excel, Word).
• Technical skills in equipment and building maintenance; HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing experience is a plus.
• Experience in maintenance, mechanical, or facilities roles, preferably in health club maintenance.

• Exposure to pool chemicals, cleaning supplies, periodic grease/oil, and dust.
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Occasional loud noise levels; extended workdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Hourly: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
