Janitorial Technician to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our semiconductor manufacturing cleanroom environment for a company based in Sugar Land, Texas.

Responsible for cleaning,organizing, stocking, andwaste removalfor our offices andsomeproduction facilities.

$16.50anhour

Monday –Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 PM

• Clean buildings by emptying trash,dusting,vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
• Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicalswith proper PPEto remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Operate indoor floor scrubber machines when necessary.
• Clean parking lot areas, walkways, entryways,and hallways.
• Follow proper SOP for the removal of garbage, recycling,and production waste.
• Respond toothercleaning-related issues in a timely manner.
• Water plantsin the buildings according to the schedules.
• Clean MOVCD lab perinstructions.
• Inspect and stock supplies (utensils, coffee, tea, dish soap, hand soap, paper towel, toilet paper, bottled water, etc.) in the break room, bathrooms, sanitation room, and other common areas.
• Detect and report defective materials or unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
• Cross-trainon other duties orareas as assigned by supervisor.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 + months ofporterexperienceispreferred
• Familiar with cleaning and sanitizing techniques
• Flexible with working hours and be punctual
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under minimal to moderate supervision
• Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signsis required.
• Subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 for periods of more than one hour.
• Subject to vibration. Exposure to movements of the extremities or whole body.
• Subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, or exposure to chemicals.
• Upon occasion, the associate may be exposed to a manufacturing environment and required to wear personal protective equipment.
