Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Coordinator, based in Sugar Land, TX. The Facilities Coordinator will oversee daily facilities operations, ensure the maintenance and functionality of property assets, and serve as the point of contact for facility-related issues. Responsibilities will include managing budgets for facilities projects, coordinating repairs and maintenance, supervising service providers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: $20-25/hr BILINGUAL PREFERRED

Qualifications

  • Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) to ensure the seamless functioning of systems and property assets
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with team members, contractors, and vendors
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and resource management to monitor expenses and minimize costs
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to apply problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using facility management software is a plus
