Studio Manager – Yoga Six Riverstone

As one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands in the country, we’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take ownership and lead from the front.
Position OverviewThe Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll lead a team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers, drive membership sales, manage operations, and build a strong, positive culture. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where you’re responsible for the studio’s overall performance, member experience, and long‑term growth.

Key Responsibilities Drive Membership Growth- Lead the studio to hit monthly membership and revenue goals
- Oversee lead generation, sales presentations, and member retention strategies
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach Wellness Advisors
- Support and develop the Teacher team
- Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and excellence
- Execute grassroots outreach, partnerships, and events
- Support social media and community engagement initiatives
- Represent Yoga Six Riverstone within the local community
- Ensure every member and guest feels welcomed and supported
- Oversee class quality, front‑desk operations, and studio cleanliness
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting
- Track KPIs to ensure the studio is performing at its highest level
- Maintain alignment with Yoga Six brand standards
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience (fitness/wellness preferred)
- Strong sales background with proven ability to hit targets
- Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekdays, evenings, some weekends)

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
