Studio Manager – Yoga Six Riverstone

As one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands in the country, we’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to take ownership and lead from the front.

The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll lead a team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers, drive membership sales, manage operations, and build a strong, positive culture. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where you’re responsible for the studio’s overall performance, member experience, and long‑term growth.

• Lead the studio to hit monthly membership and revenue goals
• Oversee lead generation, sales presentations, and member retention strategies

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Wellness Advisors
• Support and develop the Teacher team
• Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and excellence

• Execute grassroots outreach, partnerships, and events
• Support social media and community engagement initiatives
• Represent Yoga Six Riverstone within the local community

• Ensure every member and guest feels welcomed and supported
• Oversee class quality, front‑desk operations, and studio cleanliness

• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting
• Track KPIs to ensure the studio is performing at its highest level
• Maintain alignment with Yoga Six brand standards

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience (fitness/wellness preferred)
• Strong sales background with proven ability to hit targets
• Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekdays, evenings, some weekends)

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
