Job Overview
This role supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets, serving as a market-level resource in the absence of the assigned Financial Center Manager. The incumbent serves as a business owner, fosters a team environment, promotes a client‑centric and risk‑aware culture, and drives operational excellence to ensure effective and cohesive daily operations.
Responsibilities- Operate as a backup financial center leader within the market.
- Manage client traffic, engage and route clients, fostering retention.
- Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching.

- Drive market‑level initiatives prescribed by market leaders.

- 1+ year(s) of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a diverse work team.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority.
- Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or with escalation.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
- Record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage others, build relationships and provide personalized service.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non‑verbal, written, presentation) and active listening.
- Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required.
- Must be able to travel to any financial center within the defined market.
- 1+ year(s) of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports.
- Experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail or hospitality.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
