Job Overview

This role supports a cluster of financial centers in designated markets, serving as a market-level resource in the absence of the assigned Financial Center Manager. The incumbent serves as a business owner, fosters a team environment, promotes a client‑centric and risk‑aware culture, and drives operational excellence to ensure effective and cohesive daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Operate as a backup financial center leader within the market.
  • Manage client traffic, engage and route clients, fostering retention.
  • Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching.
  • Create a world‑class client‑experience environment.
  • Drive market‑level initiatives prescribed by market leaders.

Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year(s) of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a diverse work team.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority.
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to resolve problems independently or with escalation.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
  • Record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage others, build relationships and provide personalized service.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and delegate while delivering results.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, non‑verbal, written, presentation) and active listening.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required.
  • Must be able to travel to any financial center within the defined market.
Desired Qualifications
  • 1+ year(s) of management experience including hiring, coaching and developing direct reports.
  • Experience in consumer banking/financial services, mortgage, retail or hospitality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Bilingual (fluent verbal and written).

Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
