• As the Manager of Home Care youll serve as the operational and business leader of Pegasus at Home
• Leading the day to day operations of the Pegasus at Home program
• Recruiting hiring training coaching and developing Home Health Aides and scheduling staff
• Ensuring exceptional service delivery and resident satisfaction
• Managing staffing scheduling service plans documentation billing and payroll processes
• Monitoring quality assurance compliance and operational performance
• Building strong relationships with residents and families
• Developing partnerships with hospitals physicians rehabilitation centers home health agencies and other referral sources
• Driving resident participation service utilization retention and revenue growth
• Collaborating with community leadership to identify opportunities to enhance resident independence and quality of life
• Actively promote Pegasus at Home services to residents families prospects referral sources and community partners

• Three to five years of leadership experience in senior living home care healthcare hospitality or a related field
• Proven success leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience in operations management staffing scheduling and business development
• Strong communication relationship building and problem solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service excellence
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record preferred
• LPN or LVN license preferred but not required
