ABM is hiring a Leadership Development Manager to be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality learning and training initiatives for a large, strategic national client. Reporting to the Vice President of Learning and Talent Development, this individual contributor role partners closely with Operational Leadership to execute leadership development and talent programs that support day-to-day performance and long-term growth. This position owns the coordination and delivery of key talent activities, including leadership development, skills training, talent reviews, assessments, and succession planning.

This role requires strong collaboration across teams and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with managers and stakeholders at multiple levels.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

* Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design (ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models)

* Strong project management and organizational skills.

* Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, high-impact learning solutions.

* Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

* Data driven mindset to accurately assess program effectiveness, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

* Strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver practical, innovative solutions.

* Proficient across all Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business or administration management, facilities management, human resources, education, or military or Human Resources

* 5 plus years in a leadership role

* 5 plus years of training design and delivery

* 8-10 plus years in learning and development or training industry; or applicable work experience
