Production Engineering Technician – A | $18.00–$24.66 per hour | A Shift (Mon-Wed & Sunday off Thur-Sat: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) | Sugarland, Texas | Temporary-to-Hire

• Operate, monitor, and calibrate production equipment to maintain stable operations
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues on machinery
• Assist engineers with root cause analysis, failure documentation, and process improvements
• Maintain logs of machine performance, failures, and maintenance actions
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom standards

• Vocational Certificate or Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience in equipment operation or troubleshooting
• Experience with automated machinery, sensors, pneumatics, or robotic systems preferred
• Familiarity with microscopes, soldering, hand tools, and measurement instruments
• Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry); PLC, programming, or CAD experience a plus

The base pay range for this position is $18.00–$24.66 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final pay is determined by skills, experience, location, and internal equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
