Receiving Clerk

• Receive products from vendor deliveries.
• Unload shipments from delivery truck / container.
• Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
• Accurately inspect incoming materials and supplies.
• Complete inspections of finished goods in accordance with QMS and all relevant specifications.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; entering data into quality database.
• Assist the Quality Engineer on reworking of parts as per specs as needed.
• Maintain receiving records in accordance with Amran procedures.
• Maintain Incoming Inspections Records in accordance with Amran procedures.
• Report any receiving discrepancies.
• Release the receiving items to the appropriate departments.
• Initiate and maintain positive interaction between Quality, Production, office personnel, and Warehouse.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Follow all Amran procedures, practices rules, and safety requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in warehousing.
• Experience with operating Forklifts.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with others.
• Good computer skills and ability to use various Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Access, Word etc…).
