HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MOCVD TECHNICIAN IN SUGAR LAND, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a MOCVD Technician to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. This individual will be responsible for operating MOCVD equipment, handling delicate wafers, performing inspections, recording production data, and assisting with equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict safety and process procedures in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Pay,

Schedule, and Location
  • $18-$24/hour pay rate
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Located in Sugar Land, Texas
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate MOCVD equipment and run production processes
  • Load/unload semiconductor wafers carefully using precision tools
  • Inspect wafers using microscopes and testing equipment
  • Monitor equipment status and record production data
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation

    Assist with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Follow clean‑room, safety, and PPE procedures at all times
  • Work closely with engineers and production teams
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electronics, or related technical field required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Semiconductor or clean‑room manufacturing experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a clean‑room environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, chemicals, and PPE requirements
  • Semiconductor manufacturing
  • Wafer handling or inspection
  • Materials testing or characterization equipment
  • Clean‑room environments
