- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to understand operations and develop solutions that meet Quality, Delivery, and Cost goals.
- Determine metrics and create comprehensive dashboards to monitor progress and effectively communicate with leadership.
- Drive projects to increase productivity, reduce lead time, improve quality, and achieve cost savings.
- Identify manufacturing capabilities and limitations; calculate production capacity and coordinate with the production control team.
- Improve labor productivity through the development and deployment of best-known methods and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Assist with technician time card approvals in a timely manner and performance data collection and analysis.
- Support material management, including incoming material inspection, registry, inventory counting, and restocking follow-up.
- Coordinate with various teams on cleanroom incidents, including safety alarms, environmental abnormalities, and equipment repairs (e.g., tablets, laptops, facility systems).
- Develop and document procedures and work instructions.
- Perform other work-related tasks as required and assigned.
- Associate degree in tech or business field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and develop strategies based on data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of management and diverse functional teams.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing a smock.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
