What You’ll Do
  • Assemble and wire electrical panels and related electrical assemblies
  • Install, route, terminate, and test low-voltage wiring
  • Mount and connect electrical and electronic components
  • Read and follow work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Use voltmeters, hand tools, and basic power tools during assembly and testing
  • Perform functional testing and visual inspections
  • Check wiring, labels, components, and finished assemblies for accuracy
  • Identify and report defects, missing parts, incorrect materials, or assembly issues
  • Gather and prepare tools, parts, and materials needed for each job
  • Track production quantities, time, and work progress accurately
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Electrical assembly, panel wiring, manufacturing, or related hands‑on experience required
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, or technical drawings
  • Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems
  • Experience using voltmeters, hand tools, and basic power tools
  • Able to install, route, terminate, and check wiring accurately
  • Able to follow written work instructions and quality procedures
  • Strong attention to detail when wiring, labeling, inspecting, and testing
  • Able to stand and walk throughout an 8‑hour shift
  • Able to bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach overhead, and work with small components
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and push or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable wearing required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel‑toe footwear
