Hiring Immediately:
Production Operator in Sugar Land, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Production Operator to join our team in Sugar Land, TX. This individual will be responsible for operating production equipment, following work instructions, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to follow technical instructions, and the ability to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • $14.50-$16.50/hour
  • Day Shift A:
    Monday-Wednesday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM & Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Day Shift B:
    Thursday-Sunday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Shift differential available on overnight shift
  • Training for both roles happens 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Duration: 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the role.)
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Located in Sugar Land, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follow work orders and complete tasks in sequence
  • Operate automatic devices or manually run manufacturing equipment
  • Verify and follow detailed work instructions
  • Identify and report equipment or process issues to supervisors
  • Maintain defective parts for analysis and quality review
  • Perform return material inventory tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Cross-train in multiple production operations as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to follow technical instructions in English
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment (no makeup, perfumes, etc.)
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
