Assist equipment and production engineers with installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing tools in the wafer production environment;
Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on production tools to minimize downtime;
Conduct routine checks of tool performance and promptly report issues;
Support facility team in maintaining cleanroom conditions and monitoring DI water, nitrogen gas, and cylinder gas levels;
Collaborate with engineers, facility staff, and EHS to ensure equipment, utilities, and supplies support continuous production
