We're looking for Production Operators to join a growing semiconductor manufacturing team in Sugar Land, TX. No prior experience required — paid training provided!
What you'll do:- Operate automated and manual manufacturing equipment
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Report equipment or process issues to supervisors
- Work in a cleanroom environment (garments provided)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Good manual dexterity; comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
- Team player, committed to quality and safety
- Experience with microscopes or hand tools (tweezers) is a plus — not required
- Day Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Office
Hours:
Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM - Night Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- 30-minute paid lunch included
- $1.50/hr overnight premium for night shifts
- ($1.00/hr premium during night-shift training; overnight premium does not apply when covering a day shift)
