Richmond Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team. If you are a skilled clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing quality care to residents, we would love to meet you!

• Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Status:
  Full-Time / Part-Time (PRN options available)
• Setting:
  Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
• Schedule:
  
  12-hour shifts with rotating shifts

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to RN/Provider
• Complete documentation timely and in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Supervise and support CNAs during shift
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Participate in shift report and interdisciplinary communication

• Current, active LPN license in the state of Texas
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• CPR certification
