Full Time and PRN positions available. 12 hr shifts – FT rotates weekends.

• Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.
