The Senior Manager RN ASC provides leadership in the daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Pain Management, Procedural Room, Central Sterile Processing Department, Endoscopy, Pre-Op, and PACU departments. This position partners closely with physicians and ASC leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

• Lead daily ASC clinical operations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resources
• Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate staff
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety compliance
• Drive quality improvement initiatives
• Partner with providers and leadership to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or seven years of comparable ASC experience
• Current BLS certification
• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience in perioperative or endoscopy settings
• Proven solid Microsoft Office skills

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Specialty certification
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience
• AAAHC preparation experience
