Quality Specialist I and II | $18.50-$27.00 DOE | 1st shift

• Competitive Pay of $18.50-$27.00 per hour plus additional compensation

  Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm / 12:30pm – 9:00pm

  Sugarland, Texas

The Quality Specialist I and II is responsible for performing routine inspection tasks using automated optical inspection equipment to identify defects or quality issues in the manufactured product.

• Operate and maintain AOI systems to inspect products during or after production.
• Monitor product quality based on predefined specifications and guidelines.
• Identify and document defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience
• Familiarity with quality control principles and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment criminal background check and drug screen

The base hourly range for this position is $18.50-$27.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
