HIRING IMMEDIATELY: QUALITY INSPECTOR IN SUGAR LAND, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Inspector to join our team in Sugar Land, Texas. This individual will be responsible for conducting inspections, testing, and screening products for defects while maintaining quality standards in a precision manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with microscopes and delicate components in a fast-paced production setting.

• $15 to $22/hour, DOE
• Multiple schedules available
• Thursday
  - Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm

• $16.50 to $22/hour, DOE
• Multiple schedules available
• Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 12 am
• Monday through Friday, 11 pm to 7:30 am
• Sunday through Wednesday, 7 pm to 7 am
• Thursday through Sunday, 7 pm to 7 am

• Conduct inspections, testing, and screening for product defects
• Use microscopes for detailed inspection processes
• Handle and inspect small delicate components using tweezers
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Enter data into quality tracking systems and databases
• Maintain inspection and measurement equipment according to SOPs
• Follow quality assurance procedures and production guidelines
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to use microscopes and handle very small components
• Strong hand-eye coordination and steady hands required
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
• Basic computer and data entry skills required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transportation to and from Sugar Land, TX required
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
