Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Execute laboratory crystallization experiments in accordance with established SOPs
- Operate and monitor the reactor system and follow defined temperature profiles and test conditions
- Perform time-sensitive sampling, including filtration, dilution, labeling, and documentation of liquid and solid samples
- Complete run sheets and maintain accurate experimental records, including observations, sample tracking, and deviations
- Support the collection of samples for analytical testing, including titration, and prepare samples for submission to the analytical labs for IC and XRD
- Maintain safe laboratory practices, particularly when handling heated alkaline process solutions
- Assist with general lab setup, cleanup, and preparation for subsequent experimental runs

Salary Range: $45,000 -$73,000 year
