Manage seating rotation and special seating requests; relay information to servers and bussers; oversee dining room activity.;
Maintain a clean and organized host stand, restock menus, pens, and supplies, and assist with backup coverage as needed.;
Respond to guest inquiries about hours, reservations, and directions; complete side work and ensure restroom cleanliness.
