Prep Chef

À La Carte Nutrition specializes in providing fresh, fully cooked family-style meals, desserts, and individual meal plans to help customers maintain a healthier lifestyle without sacrificing taste. Prepared weekly, our meals use local, clean, and organic ingredients and are nutritionally balanced and portion-controlled. Customers can conveniently receive their meals through home delivery or pick-up at one of our locations in Missouri City, Sugar Land, or Houston on the same day they are prepared.

We are seeking a few new hires for our Meal Prep Chef positions on a part-time and basis, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Meal Prep Chef will be responsible for meal preparation, recipe execution, ingredient selection, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our prepared meals. This role involves collaborating with team members to follow nutritional guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and properly storing food items.

You will be required to monitor food inventory, adhere to health and safety standards, and contribute to product packaging when necessary.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled in-home chef to join our team. If you have culinary experience or a strong passion for cooking, this is a great opportunity to create custom meals in clients' homes using meal plans and easy-to-follow recipes provided by our Culinary Director and Registered Dietician. Days and hours vary depending on the number of clients you'll have and their needs.

Primarily daytime, weekday hours. Looking for someone with a lot culinary experience and/or a strong passion for cooking.

Looking for someone who can chop a lot of veggies and keep it fun and friendly in our commercial kitchen with the other chefs. Super fun environment! No experience necessary but must be somewhat familiar around the kitchen and take direction well from our kitchen manager. Mondays and Thursdays available 9-2. Hours/days somewhat flexible so we will work with your schedule!

We are seeking a reliable and punctual delivery driver for our meal prep on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3pm to 6pm. Hours vary by route. The ideal candidate must have their own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance. The schedule is flexible and you can choose to work one or both days. Need Monday the most - could be perfect for a student, empty-nester, or someone looking to pick up part-time work.
