Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate at Sam's Club. This role supports stocking, customer service, and operations in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas, helping maintain sanitary conditions and ensuring products are ready for members.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spot procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required audits and documentation; ensure fragile and high-shrink merchandise is secured.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, helping with purchasing decisions, providing Deli products, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas, including food handling, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; follow Cold Chain procedures; clean the area and monitor equipment operation; report issues to Management.
• Grow the business by ensuring high-quality products are available and properly stored for members.

• Minimum Qualifications
  Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to successfully complete required trainings and assessments if selected

• Experience with stocking and customer service
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to changing work scenarios
• Curious and creative thinking for process improvements

Hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
